We handle support and maintenance agreements for solutions delivered by Mogul and are the first line support for user queries, changes and error reports. We always have someone answering when you need help.

We handle everything from simple questions, guidance and orders to more complex issues and problems. We have a high level of availability and you can reach us in many ways: by phone, email or, if you are a registered user, trough our online issue portal JIRA.

To have in mind when contacting Service Desk

  • To order work from Service Desk you need to be a Mogul customer and have a valid support agreement.
  • Think through how to best describe your problem and eventual attempts to solve it.
  • Try to collect as much information as possible about the problem, e.g. screen shots or error messages.

How the process works

Service Desk creates an issue at the first contact and a confirmation with the issue number is sent to you via email. When the issue is being handled, Service Desk might need to contact you again for more information or verification. When an issue is resolved it will be closed and you will recieve an email confirming the completion of the issue.
