Addnode Group signs framework agreement for e-services with the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency

Addnode's subsidiaries, Ida Infront and Mogul, have signed a framework agreement with the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency for the provision of e-government services to municipalities, county councils and government agencies. The potential value for the contracted suppliers over the agreement period is in the billion kronor range.

The term of the framework agreement is four years with an option to extend for one year. The framework agreement concerns the delivery of e-government services to municipalities, county councils and agencies via the Internet, more commonly known as cloud services.

"The Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency chose us as one of six suppliers from a total of 32 tenders. The agreement also means that we will continue to be one of the largest suppliers to government agencies in Sweden," says Staffan Hanstorp, President and CEO of Addnode. "Customers can simply order e-services based on our products directly from us, which is an efficient way to work for all parties. Opportunities are now being created for new and exciting projects, with solutions that simplify tasks for government employees and offer enhanced service to citizens and company owners."

The aim is that government agencies will not have to develop and handle their own technological solutions. Instead, they gain access to appropriate functions where we are responsible for the services, and they can focus on the application. The procurement process comprised three areas: contact-supporting e-services, e-services for business support and infrastructural services. Implementation and operational support services were included in each of the three areas.

"We have extensive experience in the delivery of e-government services and effective solutions," says Stefan Jonegård, President of Ida Infront. "The company also has a long tradition in public administration, which is evident from our long collaboration with customers. Being able to work with customers who have a strong desire to develop and who base their partnerships on mutual trust is truly inspirational. We have been leaders in this sector for many years and this agreement provides an opportunity to maintain that top position."
