Mogul collaborates with several companies and organizations, both large and small and in many
different industries. Here you can read about a few of them.

Nordnet

Nordnet

Nordnet’s website is one of the best according to Internetworld. On the latest list of “Sweden’s 100 best sites” Nordnet comes in at 25. The jury’s reasoning is that the site is pedagogical, simple and versatile, and that making transactions feels safe.

Mogul has worked with information structure, usability and graphic design. The demands for user-friendliness are set very high. This is Nordnet’s only office in seven different countries, which turns the term business-critical from a cliché into a hard fact. There is no business if the website does not work for the user.

Skandiabanken

Skandiabanken

Mogul has worked with SkandiaBanken since 1995 and has continually improved their solutions over the years for usability, functionality and client profitability. For the latest change to the external website (outside the login section) we produced a new concept for managing new customers and additional sales to existing customers.

Everything – design, navigation and copy – was designed to highlight products and campaigns and to make it easier to become a new customer. The results were seen immediately – the launch saw the number of new customers increase by 135 per cent.

Svenska Dagbladet

Svenska Dagbladet

SvD.se was selected as best media site in 2007 and the 10th best site in 2008 by Internetworld. Around 700,000 unique visitors and just over 7 million page views a week demands a technical solution that can stand up to the pressure.

Together with Svenska Dagbladet, Mogul has produced the technical solution for the new website.

Midroc

Midroc

Midroc Europe is part of the international Midroc group, which is owned by the businessman Mohammed Al Amoudi. The group has approximately 3,000 employees and develops companies that have services concentrated in the sectors of real estate, construction, industry and the environment.

For Midroc, Mogul has developed a web solution for all companies in the group based on EPiServer. A common framework with several modules makes it possible to create different websites based on a uniform ground, yet still allowing space for specific adaptations. This results in a cost-effective environment for both development and administration.

E24

E24

In the newspaper branch the competition for readers is fierce. Editors need powerful and flexible systems that allow them to quickly create readable news and combine this with the necessary advertising in a satisfactory way. The readers themselves are drawn in and they will certainly reconnect if their expectations have been successfully fulfilled. Functions for user-generated content are a necessity.

Mogul has developed both the new E24 and SvD (Best Swedish Media Site 2008) on the Escenic platform. For E24 we have also developed Escenic’s module for communities. This allows commenting on articles and investment news, as well as working actively with the analysis of one’s own investment portfolios.

Gota Media

Gota Media

When Gota Media decided to invest in a new publishing platform for its four internet newspapers, they chose Escenic. Mogul was assigned to carry out both design and technical implementation together with Gota Media.

The assignment involved launching the group’s five internet newspapers on a new, common framework, with a new graphic appearance and a search engine that can search through all five publications at once, if the reader so wishes. To streamline the editorial work, cross-publishing was also enabled, i.e. it is possible to share content between the newspapers.

Swedish Building Centre

Swedish Building Centre

The Swedish Building Centre (Svensk Byggtjänst) works with collecting and structuring the information required for planning, constructing, building and administrating houses and buildings. The clients are primarily architects, technical consultants, contractors, real estate companies, companies in the building material industry and technical agencies/consultants in the public sector.

Together with Mogul, the Swedish Building Centre has developed an e-shop for books, online services, security services and subscriptions. The solution is based on Wipcore E-nova. For integration with underlying systems and financial systems we have used Microsoft Biztalk. Payments proceed via Payex.

Sodexo

Sodexo

Sodexo AB is one of Sweden’s leading service companies with just over 8,000 employees and a turnover of around three billion SEK. Sodexo is represented the world over with around 2,000 client contracts. In 2004 Sodexo chose EPiServer as their publishing platform and since then they have developed further web solutions on this platform, both external and internal.

Since the beginning, design and functionality have been worked on in three stages. The latest change involved us creating a common framework based on EPiServer, which is currently used for around fifteen different external websites in Scandinavia. The reason for this is to achieve a more effective environment for development and administration.

Sodexo also operates its customer portals and intranet on EPiServer. The customer portals include an e-commerce solution for catering that is connected to Sodexo’s internal system for order management and finance. In total, Sodexo has over 50 websites based on EPiServer.

Bring Citymail

Bring Citymail

Bring Citymail, together with Mogul, has achieved a huge step forward for their internet presence. This step includes both a new external website and an extranet adapted for customers, DM agencies and distributors. The solutions have improved service considerably, not least for customers and DM agencies that have gained access to functions that ease their work. This has lead to increased sales and savings for Bring Citymail. The solutions are based on EPiServer.

For Bring Citymail, Mogul has also produced the concept and design for the intranet as well as implementing it on Microsoft Sharepoint. The intranet has created an effective platform for internal communication, document management and business support for the company’s units in Sweden and Denmark.
